Products and services described on this website may not be available in all states. Some programs may require payment of fees (e.g., the TheFundingApp credit report fee of $29.95). All fees will be disclosed prior to any transaction.

7. TheFundingApp Platform

TheFundingApp is an AI-powered funding matching platform accessible through Biz Capital Depot. Use of this platform is subject to additional terms and conditions. A non-refundable credit report fee of $29.95 may be required to access this platform. By accessing TheFundingApp, you authorize the pull of your credit report from one or more credit bureaus. Results from the platform are matches and are not guarantees of funding approval.

8. Referral Partner Program

If you participate in our Referral Partner Program, additional terms apply. Referral commissions are paid only upon the successful funding of referred clients who meet all program requirements. Biz Capital Depot reserves the right to modify referral commission rates, program terms, and eligibility criteria at any time with notice. Referral partners are independent contractors and are not employees of Biz Capital Depot.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Biz Capital Depot or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
